Anyhow let's talk about this Kad Siswa that the Government has been giving (bribing) out to students.

 

Shiny, sleek and what the??! Bank Rakyat?

Not a point of contemplation, but why Bank Rakyat is commissioned in this programme? But anyway, back to the discounts that the card has to offer.

This scheme by the government is to help (bribe, once again) the students to ease their COUNTLESS burden when it comes to buying most items that are used/consumed most of the times by students.
